2025 OREGON R.O.M.P.

 • South Valley ALR Chapters 10, 20, 51, 58, and 83 are submitting a proposal to host the Oregon ROMP for 2025, at a date to be determined in June 2025, dependent on the American Legion

• Convention schedule. As soon as motel rates are negotiated that information will be sent out.

• Thursday

• Registration would open starting at noon at Albany Post 10.

• Welcome packets will be provided to each person registered. This should include a schedule of events, local points of interest, ride routes, and more.

• Both the Lebanon and Albany Legion Posts should be open, as well as the Albany VFW

• Friday

• Albany Post 10 will be open for registration and breakfast* at 0830.

• Afternoon ride to local places of interest which may include Timber Linn Veterans Memorial, Albany Historic Carousel, and possibly 2-3 wineries. Pre-registration may be required to schedule the wineries’.

• Evening dinner at Lebanon Post 51* Entertainment TBD

• Saturday

• Albany Post 10 will be open for registration and breakfast buffet** at 0830.

• OR-ALR Business meeting starts at 1000

• Jack Bailey Teddy Bear Run leaves by 1200 or 1230. This ride will be from Albany Post 10 down to Jasper Mountain Center, Jasper to deliver the toys and then resume the ride to

• Eugene.

• Afternoon lunch & fun will be at Santa Clara Post 83 BBQ Pit in Eugene

• Early evening we will ride back to Albany Post 10 for dinner**, raffle & music by Robert & Jakob Lockwood (ALR #20 Dallas)

• Sunday

• Albany Post 10 will be open for breakfast* at 0800 – 1100 with Bingo starting at 1230.

• Lebanon Post 51 opens at 0900*

• Albany VFW Post 584 opens at 0800-1100 for breakfast*
