PROPOSED ITENERARY
WEDNESDAY, July 9
Receive the tent & wall for set up.
The tent needs to be set up before the wall can be moved in.  We will need people to set this up that have experience.  We are requesting assistance from the local National Guard.  As of today, no response other than they do not have access to the size of tent that we need.  Once the tent is up and secured the wall can be moved in and set up.  This all generally takes a few hours.

THURSDAY, July 10 (ALR 10 & 58)

Opening ceremony – Vets Helping Vets HQ
Color Guard – Post 10 Honor Guard
Chaplain – Vets Helping Vets HQ
Guest Speaker – Oregon National Guard
National Anthem – Oregon National Guard
History of the Wall – Vets Helping Vets HQ
Close of ceremony – open to the public
0800-1000       Registration will be open at Post 10 Albany

Time TBD       ALR 10 will have a ride to Willamette Vineyards (wine tasting, food available)
Upon return to Post 10 participants will be on their own for the evening

Registration will remain open until TBD

FRIDAY, July 11 (ALR 51)
0800 – 1200 Registration will be open at Post 10 Albany

0800 – Breakfast will be available at Post 10 & local restaurants

1200 – ALR 51 ride and event plans TBD. Dinner will be at Post 51 Lebanon

SATURDAY, July 12 (ALR 83, 10 & 20)

0800-1000 – Registration will be open at Post 10 Albany

0800 – 1000 Breakfast buffet will open at 0830 by donation

       All stuffed animals should be ready to go by 0945

0945 – Last call to get ready for Departure for Jasper at 1000

After the presentation of Teddy Bears the ride will continue to Post 83 for the afternoon events

Time TBD the ride will return to Post 10 for a Taco Bar, band (the Lockwood Experience from Dallas ALR 20), silent auction and raffle prizes.

Robert DeKar will conclude the R.O.M.P for 2025

SUNDAY, July 13 (Close)

0800-1000 Post 10 will have a breakfast buffet for donation.  Any lost items should be returned to Post 10 so they can find their owners
